Rabbi Stacy Offner

In 1984, Rabbi Stacy Offner became the first female rabbi in Minnesota when she accepted the position at Mount Zion Temple in St. Paul. She went on to become the nation's first openly lesbian rabbi and the Minnesota State Senate's first Jewish chaplain.
