Wells Memorial Settlement House records

The Wells Memorial Settlement House began in 1908 by St. Mark's Protestant Episcopal Church with the mission to "to establish, maintain and operate a Christian social settlement, and to assist other associations and institutions with charitable and benevolent aims." A few documents from the Wells Memorial House can be found in the Northside Settlement Services records in the Social Welfare History Archives. More records can also be found in the Wells Memorial House records at the Minnesota Historical Society -- view the collection guide here.
