The Minnesota Daily... the fourth largest newspaper in circulation in Minnesota... announces a new distribution system effective October 1.
Attractive maroon and grey distribution boxes will be located in classroom buildings throughout main, Ag campus, Veterans Village and Grove East.
The Minnesota Daily will now be an early morning newspaper, containing late world news, University news, humor, and instresting as well as educational features about your campus.
The Daily carries the Official Bulletin of the University of Minnesota, required reading of every student. It contains examination schedules, class cancellations, and excused absences.
Promotion spots on distribution boxes, occupied above by the 1952 Gopher, are free to recognized student organizations in conjunction with paid Daily advertising.
The Coffman Memorial Union will still have Dailies but they will no longer be found in your post office box.
