THE MINNESOTA DANCE THEATRE IS TOO BEAUTIFUL TO DIE
How can a dance company as vital and acclaimed as the Minnesota Dance Theatre die? It could happen without the support of the community and arts enthusiasts like you. Although the MDT earns a larger proportion of its income than almost any other arts organization in Minnesota, it still needs your financial support in order to continue bringing you performances of the highest artistic quality.

This year 40,000 people participated in the holiday merriment of The Nutcracker Fantasy which has become an annual tradition for thousands of Minnesotans. And, each year the number of performances has grown to accommodate the overwhelming demand for a work that has been deemed "arguably the best Nutcracker in North America."

The MDT School is a veritable center for dance education in the Midwest. Every year over 2,000 students enroll in classes that range from contemporary dance, jazz through classical ballet. Its graduates go on to professional careers as dancers, choreographers and dance instructors.

For the fifth consecutive year, the National Association of Regional Ballet has recognized Loyce Houlton's Minnesota Dance Theatre as one of America's major regional companies.

Minnesota has a beautiful and acclaimed professional dance company. The Minnesota Dance Theatre needs your help to live and thrive. Give now and give generously.
