Constitution and By-Laws Booklets

Each spring, printed booklets containing the Constitution and By-Laws of the organization were placed in the mailboxes of all members. The booklets outlined the policies associated with membership, election of officers, rules for participation, and the qualifications for receiving awards and honors in athletic achievement.
