Theta Sigma Phi - Nu

The Nu chapter of the journalism sorority Theta Sigma Phi was organized at the University of Minnesota in 1916 by women students involved in student publications. The chapter was officially recognized by the national organization in 1917.

The Theta Sigma Phi - Nu Chapter records contain meeting minutes, handbooks, reports, membership information, and scrapbooks that document the activities of the group. The materials, created by Nu members, were donated to UMN Archives by the School of Journalism in 1988.
