The article, “Daily says goodbye to home of 55 years,” published on October 6, 1994, announced the impending move of Daily operations to 2301 University Ave. S.E. The relocation brought together the editorial office, previously located in Murphy Hall, and the business office, located at 720 Washington Ave. S.E.

The Daily operated from 2301 University Ave. S.E. until 2006, when it moved to University Office Plaza, Suite 450 at 2221 University Ave. S.E., its present location.
